National Accounts Sales Support

Trial Period: 180 days
Salary: Depends on Qualification and Experience
Work Hours: Typically, 8-hour workday, Monday thru Friday – Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
Location: On-Site (Not hybrid or remote)

JOB SUMMARY:

To assist sales in capturing/reviewing sales data, compiling reports, and communicating with accounts via phone. Work closely with the office manager and other members of the sales team. Perform the duties of this job professionally and efficiently as possible without jeopardizing the quality of work produced.

Summary of Essential Job Functions Include (but are not limited to):

  • Perform the functions of National Account Sales Support
  • Maintain master files for item set-up
  • Create reports to assist sales in capturing and/or reviewing sales data using AS400, Excel, Power BI and supplier system.
  • Compile reports as needed
  • Creates and maintains computer files and files for follow-up action
  • Utilize experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks
  • Perform administrative duties for the sales force – as directed by office manager and sales officer.
  • Prepare presentations for meetings as needed
  • Communicate via phone and email with accounts/stores as needed

Preferred Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Marketing/Business; or three years documented experience in related field
  • Experience with using an ERP system is a plus
